Help Keep Hidden Valley Farm Metropolitan District Looking Its Best

Residents play an important role in helping maintain the appearance, character, and standards of the Hidden Valley Farm Metropolitan District community. Each homeowner is responsible for keeping their property clean, safe, and well-maintained. These shared efforts help preserve our community's overall appearance and quality.

Please make sure your property is regularly maintained, including:

  • Mowing and maintaining your grass
  • Watering your landscaping
  • Removing weeds from your lawn and landscaping
  • Keeping landscaping and other areas of your property neat and well-maintained

The District is in the community twice a month to complete inspections and notify individuals if their property is not in compliance with the guidelines.  The District issues a warning letter before issuing fines.  If you receive a letter and have questions about the violation, please reach out to the District at info@hiddenvalleyfarmmd.live.

Residents can also help support the community by bringing potential covenant concerns to the District’s attention. If you notice an area that may need attention, please click here to report the concerns or email the District at info@hiddenvalleyfarmmd.live. When submitting a concern, please include the property address and a brief description of the concern so the District can review and address it appropriately.

Resident reports are particularly helpful for concerns that may not be visible during routine inspections from public spaces.

For additional information, including the full Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, please click here to visit the community resolutions page on the Hidden Valley Farm Metropolitan District website.

Thank you for doing your part to help keep Hidden Valley Farm a well-maintained and welcoming community!
