Hidden Valley Farm Metropolitan District Nos. 1-4

Good Morning Hidden Valley Farm Residents,

As we move into the new year, the Hidden Valley Farm Metro District would like to share a few important reminders to help maintain the appearance and standards of our community.

Trash and Recycling Containers
All trash and recycling containers must be stored inside the garage or in an approved enclosed area and may not be visible from the street when not scheduled for collection.

Storage of Items Visible from the Street
Items may not be stored in areas visible from the street. This includes, but is not limited to, personal belongings, equipment, construction materials, trailers, and vehicles. All items must be stored out of public view.

Trailers and Parking
Trailers, RVs, boats, and similar vehicles may not be parked in public view on streets or driveways except for temporary loading or unloading. Long-term parking of these vehicles requires storage in a garage, an approved enclosed area, or an off-site location.

Fences and Exterior Maintenance
All fences and exterior features must be properly maintained in accordance with the Hidden Valley Farm Metro District’s approved standards.

House Painting
All exterior house painting must comply with the approved community color palette. Any repainting or color changes require prior approval before work begins.

Holiday Lighting
Please ensure all holiday lighting and decorations are removed by the end of January.

Exterior and Landscaping Changes
Any changes to landscaping or the exterior of your home must be submitted for review and approved prior to installation or modification. This includes, but is not limited to, landscaping updates, fencing, hardscaping, exterior improvements, and painting.
